Second Lieutenant Stephanie Flagg

Stephanie Flagg, who holds an Honors B.A. in Geography with a specialization in Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University, also boasts additional qualifications in English and History from Queens University. Born and raised in Niagara and proud of her Metis heritage from Penetanguishene, she has experienced the cultures of many countries, with Vietnam and Barbados being among her favorites.

Currently, she teaches English and Geography in Loyalist Hall to both Bravo and Charlie Company, where she brings a blend of innovation and passion to her teaching. Flagg’s commitment to education extends beyond the classroom, as she actively participates in hockey and volleyball, instilling in her students the values of teamwork and discipline.

In her personal life, she enjoys exploring with her loyal companion, Tank, indulging in walks and camping adventures. This adventurous spirit is a cornerstone of her teaching philosophy, encouraging her students to approach learning with curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to embrace new experiences.

Before joining Robert Land Academy, Flagg dedicated three years to the public education sector. Seeking new challenges, she found a rewarding environment at Robert Land Academy, a place that resonates with her dedication to academic excellence and personal growth.
