RLA Announces John Brant Award Winner
The Board of Governors of Robert Land Academy (RLA) is pleased to announce Adam Shoalts is the recipient of the 2024 John Brant Award. Shoalts is a professional adventurer and Westaway Explorer-in-Residence at the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, national best-selling author, and public speaker. His expeditions range from mapping rivers to archaeological projects, but Shoalts is best known for his long solo journeys, including his latest adventure, a 3,400 km solo journey from Lake Erie to the Arctic as he followed peregrine falcons on their migratory flight.

The alumni are taking donations for their latest project. Please visit our donations page on Canadahelps.org using the link below. All donations are warmly welcomed and you will be provided with an official donation receipt for donating to a registered charity. To donate simply click the link, complete your personal information and complete the payment through the secure website. You can make your donation anonymous if required.

The alumni committee is excited to announce the development of a new Alumni Portal. The portal will allow alumni to collaborate and reminisce in a community environment. The Alumni Portal will host the latest news, events and an exciting community. Over the next few months, the portal will be developed. Alumni will be able to register for the portal and gain access to restricted member-only content.
