Strong work ethic and dedication to the task
Robert Land Academy (RLA) seeks staff who are committed to the success of the students, who work within the unique program and fundamental values of the school, and who display a strong work ethic, dedication to the task and willingness to challenge students toward reaching their full potential.
RLA is an employer of choice for retired or former members of the Canadian Armed Forces, currently serving Reservists, and officers of the Cadet Instructor Cadre (CIC).
Fully a third of our employees either serve or have served in the Armed Forces. Many of the skills developed while in uniform, regardless of rank, are those which are required at the Academy such as knowledge of drill, dress, and deportment. Given that the Academy runs its own Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps, Officers of the CIC have the preferred skillsets for many RLA positions and are encouraged to submit a resume.

Robert Land Academy is also a certified Living Wage Employer, paying all employees a minimum wage of $18.90 per hour. For more on the Living Wage click here
